Description

The HollerBox plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to generic SQL Injection via the ‘get_report_data’ function in versions up to, and including, 2.1.3 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with the 'edit_popups' capability to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. Note that the 'edit_popups' capability is not assigned to any user by default, though an administrator could assign it arbitrarily using a third-party plugin or directly through the database.
