Unfortunately dropdown menus do not work well with mobile \u002F touch devices, because the “mouseover” event is not handled, so when the user click a top level menu, the browser follows the link instead of opening the dropdown menu. The absence of AJAX handlers, REST API routes, shortcodes, and cron events significantly reduces the potential entry points for attackers. Furthermore, the plugin utilizes prepared statements for all SQL queries and has no recorded CVEs, indicating a solid foundation in these areas. However, a significant concern arises from the complete lack of output escaping. This means that any data displayed to users, if it originates from an untrusted source or is manipulated by an attacker, could potentially lead to cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities. While taint analysis did reveal flows with unsanitized paths, the absence of reported critical or high severity issues in this regard, combined with the lack of critical vulnerabilities historically, suggests these might be low-impact or misconfigured findings. Despite the strengths, the unescaped output presents a tangible risk that requires immediate attention.",[251,254,257,259],{"reason":252,"points":253},"0% output escaping",8,{"reason":255,"points":256},"2 unsanitized paths found",4,{"reason":258,"points":247},"0 capability checks",{"reason":260,"points":247},"0 nonce checks","2026-03-17T00:00:05.039Z",{"wat":263,"direct":268},{"assetPaths":264,"generatorPatterns":265,"scriptPaths":266,"versionParams":267},[],[],[],[],{"cssClasses":269,"htmlComments":275,"htmlAttributes":276,"restEndpoints":278,"jsGlobals":279,"shortcodeOutput":280},[270,271,272,273,274],"wrap","form-wrap","form-field","form-required","widefat",[],[277],"aria-required",[],[],[]]
